The Aigüestortes and Estany de Sant Maurici National Park
We are located right next to Catalonia’s only National Park — a unique natural space filled with valleys, peaks over 3,000 meters high, crystal-clear rivers and more than 200 lakes. It’s a paradise for hikers, photographers, nature lovers and anyone seeking peace and awe-inspiring landscapes.
From the apartments you can easily access routes for all levels. If you’re unsure, we’ll help you choose the best hike depending on the season.
Adventure on the Noguera Pallaresa
Pallars Sobirà is synonymous with whitewater. The Noguera Pallaresa River is a European benchmark for rafting, kayaking, canoeing or hydrospeed. And it doesn’t end there: canyoning, paragliding, horseback riding, quads, archery… The activity options are vast, with something for all ages.

Romanesque art, culture and history
The Valls d’Àneu are full of charming villages, Romanesque churches and corners steeped in history. It’s a journey through time, among ancient stones, unique carvings and local legends.
- Alós: Church of Sant Lliser, Romanesque bridge and medieval necropolis.
- Isil: Romanesque and Baroque churches with original carvings and fonts.
- Borén and Àrreu: Romanesque churches and bridges, authentic rural surroundings.
- Isavarre and Sorpe: Well-preserved Romanesque architecture.
- València d’Àneu: Archaeological site and remains of a medieval castle.
- Son: Monumental complex with a Lombard bell tower and valuable Gothic altarpieces.

Skiing for everyone
Just 1.5 km from the apartments, you’ll find Espot Esquí ski resort — a quiet, family-friendly resort perfect for beginners or for enjoying scenic descents with views of the National Park. It offers slopes for all levels and a welcoming atmosphere, far from the crowds.
With the same ski pass, you can also ski at Port-Ainé, 40 km away — a similar resort with excellent snow thanks to its north-facing orientation. And if you’re looking for a large resort, Baqueira Beret is just 27 km from Espot, with 120 km of slopes and top-level services.
